A Little Bit About Me
I’m a wise ‘young’ woman aged 64 who found the courage to walk away from my marriage just shy of my 37th wedding anniversary.
After finding myself in my 60s in a situation where my marriage and my family fell apart, I had to face the very difficult task of building and finding my happiness again. It hasn’t been easy, but life has taught me a thing or two.
And I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with all of you.
Empowering Life Lessons
After going through such a tough time in my life, I feel like I have a lot of wisdom to share.
These past few years have been filled with lots of soul-searching and self-reflection, and I’ve realized that some of the biggest lessons I’ve learned can be applied to almost anyone’s life.
So whether you’re struggling with your own relationships or you’re just trying to find your way in the world, I hope that my insights can help empower you to make the best choices for yourself.
If you’re anything like me, you probably never thought you’d find yourself in this situation.
When I felt I had no choice but to end my four-decades-long marriage, I was completely devastated. Not only was I grieving the loss of my husband, but I also felt like I had lost myself. It took me a long time to realize that even though my relationship had ended, I was still worthy of love and happiness.
If you’re currently going through a divorce or a breakup, know that you’re not alone in this journey. My goal is to create a community where we can support each other as we heal our broken hearts and learn how to love ourselves again.
As women, our health is always a priority. From reproductive health to mental health, there are so many facets to women’s health, and it can be hard to keep track of it all.
That’s why I wanted to create this space to share tips, tricks, and advice on how to live a healthy and balanced life.
I’ll be covering everything from diet and exercise to self-care and stress management to balancing our hormones. There are no wrong questions here, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any suggestions or topics you’d like me to cover.
