As a Breakup-Relationship Mentor, I help women achieve the mindset rooted in the self-love you need to consistently show up in your life.
You gain the confidence you need to set boundaries, find your worth, and handle challenges with grace. You get clarity on what’s important to you, who you are, and how to follow a path that will set you up for future success.
Does control of our life sit outside of us? What happens when life sucks? When life kicks us in the guts? Do we honestly have choices in those moments?
We can lie down and let life completely obliterate us. Or we can choose not just to survive our trauma but allow it to transform us into a more enlightened, shinier version of ourselves.
Hormone hell for women can creep up on us at any age, from our 20s into menopause. I’ve been using — and mentoring women — how to source and use Natural Progesterone safely for the past 30 years.
My passion is to ethically support and educate women (and men!) on the immense benefits of Natural Progesterone’s safe and effective use.

Challenging old paradigms and discovering renewed desire. Not sure how I imagined I’d look and feel in my 60s. When Blanche from “Golden Girls” was getting it on in 1985, I was a mum in my twenties. Her shameless galivanting around was just plain comical. No older woman in my life behaved that way. No one prepared me for growing older physically. My elders never gave me the heads up I’d forever identify as being ‘young’ despite my body ageing I guess we make assumptions and judgements about stages of life as it affects other folks — until we get […]Read More
Then get back up and reinvent yourself Leave behind what no longer fits I’ve hidden from a world that beat the crap out of me — more than once. The last time it happened, I gave up my job and hung around the house for eight months living off my savings. I had good reason to fall apart. But I knew I couldn’t stay there. Knew I didn’t WANT to stay there Looking back from the vantage point of being healed, I can see how I was gifted a rare and fragile opportunity to put myself back together again — UPGRADED. Let me share with […]Read More
This chapter of my life living out here on the road has changed me. I am not your typical 64-year-old mother-come-nanny. You won’t find me sitting in my recliner in the lounge room surrounded by family memorabilia — you know, all the comfy stuff — busy cooking or knitting for grandchildren. That’s because I’m a few thousand kilometres away from what I once called home, far from my children, grandkids and friends. Every few weeks or months, I move interstate to a new town, surrounded by strangers, to caretake homes and pets owned by people I’ve barely met. I can […]Read More
Siblings can be each other’s best friends or worst enemies! I have just wrapped up a week away with my partner Lindsey and his family. Lindsay turns 60 in a few days, and I talked him into inviting his two brothers, two sisters and two adult children on holidays together to help him celebrate. All nine of us bunked into two cabins in a quaint seaside town in Northern New South Wales. Coming from a large family myself, I believe it’s never too late to learn how, as grown-ups, we can do better. So, I got in Lindsey’s ear and […]Read More
This young generation of resilient kids is showing us how to live with COVID. As I write this, two of my grandkids are home in iso with a second bout of COVID! This past year, every one of my nine grandchildren has caught COVID — babies under one year up to teenagers. Their parents too! Getting vaccinated might have helped ease their symptoms. But it didn’t prevent infection. I mention this only to make the point — there’s no hiding from COVID. Not anymore! Kids aren’t letting COVID kill their dream! Despite being breathless with COVID all week recovering at home, my 12-year-old grandson, Hendrix, rocked […]Read More
Are you riding a wave of high vibration where things effortlessly work for you? know what it feels like to be in peak Flow. When the best parking spot opens up on a rainy day, or that lamp I talked about buying just yesterday turns up on the side of the road, in perfect working order, waiting for me to claim it! The same goes for the big life-altering moments, like missing out on a business opportunity but trusting that something better will show up — and it does! I’m also painfully aware that when I’m on a Debbie-downer day, […]Read More
